VOIP INDUSTRIES, INC offers the following warranties:

1-year warranty on all Phones, Switches, Routers and Access Points.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic issues, only functional issues as long as they are not caused by the owner or the service provider. Here are some examples of what might cause the warranty to be voided:

  1. The device was exposed to an electric outage.
  2. The wrong power supply was connected to the device causing some components to burn.
  3. The device is water damaged.
  4. The device was dropped.

All approved warranty claims will receive a replacement in a refurbished condition. Unless it was claimed within the first 30 days of the original purchase, in which case it will be in the same condition as the original order. We will ask for the serial number of the device and the problem in order to process the RMA. If you can’t provide these, we reserve the right to void your warranty. All replacements are processed in advance and sent with a return label. A balance will be open until the defective device is returned. If the customer fails on returning the device within 15 days of receiving the replacement, we reserve the right to send the customer to collection. 

3-month warranty on all Power Supplies and Headsets.
